SPECIALISTA DODAVATELSKÉ KVALITY (SDE)
GNUTTI CARLO S.P.A. company is structured in two divisions: POWERTRAIN, specialized in heavy duty engine components and fuel injection parts and LIGHT METAL, specialized in HPDC aluminium parts. GNUTTI footprint is developed in Europe (Gnutti Carlo Spa Headquarters in Maclodio – Italy, 3 plants in Sweden, 2 plants in China, 1 plant in India, 1 plant in USA, 2 plants in Canada, 1 plant in Czech Republic).
SDE reports directly to Purchasing Manager (PLANT) and coordinated at by Corporate SQA (GROUP).
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Supplier evaluation and monitoring (supplier audits)
- Development and monitoring of supplier’s products and processes
- Scouting of potential suppliers
- Supplier visits
- Participation in Customer claim management (Problem Solving)
- Develop supply agreements in coordination with the Corporate SQA
- Management of issues and follow up relative to quality/technical aspects for supplier’s products and processes
- Develop and maintain all Supplier Management Policies and Practices for Gnutti. These Policies and Practices should comply with the requirements of IATF16949
- Participation to Material Cost Reduction Program
Competence
- Experience in automotive sector (3 years)
- Good knowledge of auditing practise (IATF 2nd party auditor training, VDA6.3 training*)
- Good knowledge of materials and commodities (cast iron, steel, castings, forgings, special components,)
- Good knowledge of massive heat treatments and surface treatments (plating, coating, etc.)
- Good knowledge of technical drawings
- Significant knowledge of quality system
- Technical background with knowledge of manufacturing processes (preferred)
- Fluent English

* VDA6.3 certification is required in case of customers like Bosch, Daimler, MAN, Scania, VW, Audi
