The project engineering process is an essential part of our organisation. However, what is most importantis to understand and satisfy our customer’s requirements. High Pressure Die Casting (HPDC)
Ljunghäll Group provide HPDC in aluminum alloys in complete production cells with robotized, casting, cooling, burring and blasting as well as stand-alone machine concepts.
With well-designed production processes and a high level of automation and operations management, we are able to offer world-class production capabilities.

Ljunghäll Group features an innovative automated HPDC plant with the most technologically advanced casting equipment. We have implemented robotic work cells and process monitors to improve process flows and minimize waste. This enables us to produce consistently high-quality work that meet the expectations of our customers.

CNC Machining
Ljunghäll Group offers highly automated CNC-controlled processing (robot-controlled production cells), including cleaning and final testing adapted for large production volumes as well as stand-alone CNC machining for small- to medium-volume production. 
We work closely with our suppliers of CNC tools, who are involved early in new projects and ongoing improvement projects. This make us able to offer efficient production solutions and continuous improvements.

Assembly
Ljunghäll Group offers customized product assembly services, according to the customer’s design specifications. Automated lines assemble a variety of components while performing leak tests and functionality testing, ensuring that the highest quality standards and efficient turnaround times are maintained.
Our assembly capacity allows us to deliver a total service to all those customers looking for a one stop shop, which impacts on reduced time-to-market and cost-effectiveness.
